Raw cacao refers to the cacao beans and tree that provide the pods used to make
chocolate and has undergone minimal processing.
Unroasted, cold pressed cacao beans are mostly grown in West Africa and South America. Raw cacao is rich
in antioxidants, highest plant-based source of iron, full of magnesium and calcium. It can be used in
a smoothie, hot or cold chocolate milk, brownies or a tart.
